    We are now looking for an experienced Head of Content who will own our global content strategy, structure the workflow of the content department, and ensure SlotCatalog maintains the highest accuracy, quality, and consistency standards across all markets.
     

    This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine editorial excellence, operational discipline, and analytical thinking. You will oversee the entire content lifecycle - from strategy and production to optimization and performance - leading a team responsible for casinos, bonuses, slot game pages, evergreen SEO content, and new market content expansion.
     

    You will partner closely with SEO, Product, Affiliate, and Data teams to ensure our content drives measurable business impact.
     

    What You’ll Do:
     

    Content Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and own SlotCatalog’s global content strategy across all product lines and markets.
    • Build a scalable editorial and production framework to support rapid growth.
    • Define content quality standards, documentation, and style guidelines.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the content team (content managers, editors, writers).

    Team & Workflow Management

    • Oversee daily operations of the Content Department, ensuring smooth workflow, balanced workloads, and high execution speed.
    • Create efficient processes for content updates, new market expansion, and multilingual production.
    • Implement performance tracking, KPIs, and reporting.

    SEO & Performance Optimization

    • Collaborate with SEO to prioritize content based on traffic potential, competitive landscape, and strategic priorities.
    • Ensure all content meets SEO best practices, aligns with brand tone, and contributes to organic growth.
    • Use data insights to refine content strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Quality & Product Integration

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 4+ years of experience in content management and marketing, preferably in a high-volume, SEO-driven environment.

    • English Level C1-C2.
    • Experience in iGaming, casino content, or other regulated digital industries is a strong plus.
    • Proven ability to build and manage content teams, workflows, and editorial processes.
