Responsibilities:
1. Content task management & segmentation:
- Receive and segment content creation tasks: CRM, banners, landing pages, communications, SMM and more;
- Distribute tasks between copywriters, designers and translators, set clear briefs and specs;
- Plan the structure and logic of materials, accept deliverables and check them against the brief, localization and promo requirements;
- Act as the link between CRM / SMM / product / marketing and design.

2. CRM & communication flow updates:
- Update and rework CRM flows, plan the structure of emails and the logic of communications (which blocks an email is built from, how to spec text and design);
- Prepare and refine copy for Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and other channels;
- Adapt communications to segments and scenarios, respecting each channel's length and format constraints;
- Prepare content for reactivation and promo campaigns, bonuses and offers.

3. Admin panel / CMS work:
- Upload, update and publish content on the site via the admin panel / CMS: banners, promos, bonus pages, texts;
- Keep visual and text content up to date; verify the accuracy of information, promo terms and correct display;
- Check the correctness of content published on the product;
- Prepare content for new geo launches, currency setup and localization; sync content across the site, bonuses and CRM.

4. Initiatives to improve product, design and brand communications:
- Monitor content and user journeys on the site, spot issues in UX texts and communications, create tasks and see them through to update;
- Analyze competitor and market content;
- Propose and implement improvements, new formats and content mechanics;
- Contribute to optimizing publishing processes and cross-team collaboration; document processes and create templates and checklists.

NYC Glass & Window Repair is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Content Creator to develop engaging social media content showcasing our projects, team, services, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate understands how to turn real construction and service projects into compelling Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, and other short-form videos that generate attention, engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately new customers.

This position requires more than simply recording videos. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, hooks, trends, editing, captions, and social media algorithms and can consistently identify opportunities for interesting content.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and create photo and video content of ongoing and completed projects.
• Film before-and-after transformations, installations, repairs, technician processes, and finished results.
• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop strong hooks and concepts designed to capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Turn technical projects such as window repair, glass replacement, storefront installation, shower enclosures, glass partitions, and door installations into content that is easy and interesting for customers to understand.
• Interview technicians, project managers, customers, and other team members when appropriate.
• Create educational content answering common customer questions.
• Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and calls to action.
• Follow current social media trends and adapt relevant formats to the company.
• Maintain a consistent posting and content-production schedule.
• Organize raw footage, completed videos, photographs, and other digital assets.
• Coordinate with the office, sales team, and technicians to identify upcoming projects worth filming.
• Repurpose one project into multiple pieces of content for different platforms.
• Monitor content performance and identify which topics, hooks, formats, and videos generate the strongest engagement and leads.
• Develop new creative ideas instead of waiting for detailed instructions for every video.
• Maintain professional brand standards across all published content.

Content We Want to Produce

The creator should be comfortable developing content such as before-and-after videos, emergency glass repairs, broken-to-restored transformations, luxury shower enclosures, storefront installations, historical window restoration, large custom glass projects, educational “Did you know?” videos, common window problems, behind-the-scenes footage, technician POV videos, customer testimonials, project walkthroughs, and visually satisfying installation videos.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven experience creating social media content and strong skills in video shooting and editing. Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is preferred. The candidate should understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current short-form content trends and be able to create professional content using both smartphones and cameras.

Strong English communication, attention to detail, reliability, creativity, and the ability to work independently are important. Experience creating content for construction, home improvement, architecture, real estate, interior design, or service businesses is a major advantage.
