AI SMM / Content Specialist

We're looking for a strong AI-driven SMM / Content Growth Specialist who understands modern content distribution, social media growth, and viral mechanics across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, adaptation, publishing, testing, and audience growth — powered by AI tools and automation.

What you'll do:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, Quora, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Telegram, and Medium/Substack
• Generate content ideas, hooks, captions, and scripts using AI tools
• Adapt content per platform while keeping native tone and format
• Monitor trends, analyze competitors, spot viral content patterns
• Test content hypotheses and scale what performs
• Build and manage Telegram channels/communities
• Use AI and automation to speed up production and publishing
• Track metrics and optimize strategy based on data

What we're looking for:

• Experience with AI tools for content generation
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and engagement mechanics
• Ability to create hooks and viral-oriented content
• Experience with scheduling/automation tools
• Fast testing mindset, strong execution speed
• Creativity, ownership mindset, adaptability
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
