Our mission is to identify high-potential product niches, build useful and well-positioned brands, and scale them through online marketplaces.
Through our flagship brand, Wrappybag, we built a strong and recognized market presence across Europe.
Today, we mainly sell across Amazon EU5 + 3PX and are preparing to launch on Shopify soon. At this stage, the focus remains on the European market, with no plans to expand to other regions.
βοΈ About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Product Content & Creative Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with an operational mindset and understands how content impacts customer experience and conversion performance. You will take ownership of our product content across Amazon Europe and, in the future, Shopify.
This is a hybrid creative and operational position that requires both coordination of external creative teams and direct execution of visual tasks.
Key Responsibilities
π¨ Create, edit and adapt product visuals using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
βοΈ Make quick and light graphic edits internally when needed.
πΌοΈ Improve product images: packshots, infographics, lifestyle visuals, comparison tables, pictograms, visual hierarchy and overall product page clarity.
β Create and optimize Amazon Premium A+ Content and Brand Stores.
π€ Collaborate with PPC manager in creation of visual assets for Amazon Ads, Meta Ads and other acquisition campaigns.
π Run visual competitive analysis to understand best practices, identify gaps to keep listings at a high standard.
π’ Coordinate external content providers (photo/video agencies, 3D studios and UGC creators).
π Prepare clear creative briefs, following up on production, giving feedback and ensuring that final assets are delivered on time and at the expected quality level.
ποΈ Organise and maintain our content library so that all assets are easy to find, correctly named, up to date and ready to use across channels.
π¬ Work with Asana, Slack and Google Workspace to manage projects and coordinate with the team.
Requirements
πΌ 2β3 years of experience in graphic design, e-commerce content, or a similar role.
π― Strong proficiency in Figma.
ποΈ Experience creating product visuals, infographics, A+ Content, and advertising creatives.
π Understanding of Amazon listing requirements and marketplace content best practices.
π Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
π» Comfortable using Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
ποΈ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
π£ English level: B2 or higher.
Nice to Have
ποΈ Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
ποΈ Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Centra, Shopify.
π Experience creating assets for Amazon Ads or Meta Ads.
πΈ Experience working with UGC creators, photographers, or creative agencies.
π€ Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
π£ French level: B2 or higher.
