About us

We are an international B2C iGaming company operating successfully since 2020. We are looking for a Junior CRM / Retention Manager to join our team and help improve player retention, engagement, and monetization across Asian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing CRM campaigns and retention activities.
  • Support user segmentation and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Help optimize bonus offers and promotional activities.
  • Analyze player behavior and identify retention opportunities.
  • Work closely with VIP, Affiliate, and Product teams.
  • Support CRM automations and communication flows.

Requirements

  • 6 months โ€“ 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Marketing, Customer Success, or iGaming.
  • Basic understanding of retention metrics and customer lifecycle.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • English level: Intermediate+.
  • Experience in iGaming will be a plus.
