About us
We are an international B2C iGaming company operating successfully since 2020. We are looking for a Junior CRM / Retention Manager to join our team and help improve player retention, engagement, and monetization across Asian markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing CRM campaigns and retention activities.
- Support user segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Help optimize bonus offers and promotional activities.
- Analyze player behavior and identify retention opportunities.
- Work closely with VIP, Affiliate, and Product teams.
- Support CRM automations and communication flows.
Requirements
- 6 months โ 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Marketing, Customer Success, or iGaming.
- Basic understanding of retention metrics and customer lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- English level: Intermediate+.
- Experience in iGaming will be a plus.
