At ADDOP, we are actively expanding our performance marketing business through traffic acquisition and monetization. We build the entire infrastructure in-house, develop proprietary technical solutions, launch high-converting funnels, leverage hybrid monetization models, automate workflows and traffic optimization, and actively integrate AI into our operations.


We work with both our own in-house products and partner offers across CPA, CPC, and CPM models. Our company has multiple successful media buying teams specializing in various traffic sources and ad formats.


We are looking for an experienced leader who will take ownership of our existing media buying operations while driving new growth opportunities for both our teams and business.
A strong advantage: candidates with a combination of experience in both adult traffic (ad networks, direct publishers) and mainstream traffic sources (in-app, Meta, Google, etc.).

Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute the company's media buying strategy.
Oversee and optimize existing media buying operations while launching new traffic directions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with other departments and projects within the holding.
Scale traffic acquisition volumes and overall profitability.
Design and optimize high-performing acquisition and monetization funnels.
Conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and uncover competitive insights.
Manage the full hypothesis lifecycle: planning, testing, analysis, and implementation.
Mentor and develop media buyers while building and scaling new teams.
Lead planning, performance tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications


Proven experience managing and leading media buying teams.
Extensive hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing (traffic arbitrage).
Strong expertise with banner, popunder, native, video, and other advertising formats.
Solid understanding of key traffic verticals and major market players.
Deep knowledge of traffic sources, auction mechanics, and bidding strategies.
Proven experience building effective traffic acquisition and monetization funnels.
Demonstrated success in identifying, optimizing, and scaling profitable campaigns and traffic combinations.


Nice to Have


Experience with mainstream traffic sources such as in-app, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others.
Experience in the AI Dating / AI Companion vertical.
Understanding of ad network infrastructure and experience buying CPC/CPM traffic through DSPs and RTB platforms.
Experience working directly with publishers on flat-rate deals and segmenting traffic streams.
Knowledge of traffic optimization algorithms, process automation, and Smartlink solutions.
Practical experience integrating AI into daily workflows and marketing tools.
