One of our key products is Betgol β a licensed bookmaker and online casino operating in Peru and other international markets. We are expanding our Casino team and looking for a Junior Casino Content Manager who will help us grow the product and deliver a great experience to our players.
This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to build a career in iGaming. You will be responsible for managing casino content on the Betgol platform β from the game catalog and lobby to promotional materials β working closely with the Casino Manager and game providers. If you're detail-oriented, curious about casino products, and want to grow into a senior content or CRM role, this is the right place to start.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and update casino content on the platform: game catalog, descriptions, categories, banners, and promotional materials;
- Coordinate with game providers to ensure timely integration of new titles and maintain content accuracy and quality;
- Monitor and manage the gaming lobby: layout, sorting, filtering, and featured game placements;
- Prepare and publish content for bonus campaigns, tournaments, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the CRM and Marketing teams;
- Track content performance and player engagement metrics; prepare regular reports for management;
- Ensure all platform content complies with licensing requirements and Responsible Gambling principles;
- Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams on platform improvements and new feature launches;
- Handle day-to-day operational issues related to content and escalate critical situations to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Your Skills & Experience:
Must have:
- 1+ year of experience in iGaming, digital content management, or a related field;
- Basic understanding of online casino products: slots, live casino, game mechanics, and the provider ecosystem;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms and basic analytics tools;
- Upper-Intermediate English (written) β for communication with game providers and internal reporting;
- Self-organized and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with iGaming providers (e.g. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, BGaming, etc.);
- Familiarity with player segmentation, retention logic, or CRM tools;
- Spanish language skills β a bonus for our LATAM market.
