Brand Manager (Crypto Casino)
We are looking for a Brand Manager to join a new Crypto Casino project focused on Tier 1 markets.
The brand positioning and core messaging are already defined. Your mission will be to turn this foundation into a strong, recognizable, and consistent brand presence across all channels.
Compensation: We are flexible and primarily guided by the candidate's expectations. At the moment, there is no fixed salary range for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the brand strategy
• Develop and maintain brand tone of voice and messaging
• Build and manage content strategy across social media channels
• Create brand materials, presentations, partner decks, and guidelines
• Work with influencers, KOLs, and crypto communities from a brand-awareness perspective
• Collaborate closely with Growth, CRM, Affiliate, and Creative teams
• Write creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators
• Monitor brand performance and key awareness metrics
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Brand Manager, Brand Lead, or similar role
• Experience in iGaming, Crypto, Betting, Fintech, or other highly competitive online industries
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and content marketing
• Experience creating brand guidelines, brand books, or brand decks
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to create compelling creative briefs
• Hands-on approach — comfortable creating materials, writing copy, and managing projects independently
• Experience managing social media and content calendars
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to Have:
• Experience in Crypto Casino projects
• Experience launching a brand from scratch
• Understanding of crypto communities, streamers, and KOL marketing
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable brand impact and successful campaigns
Important:
This is a brand-focused role. We are not looking for performance marketers with limited branding experience. The ideal candidate has a strong brand background and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
