We are looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying to join our team. In this role, you will lead and scale performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets, driving user acquisition, profitability, and sustainable growth. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You will develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets;
- You will manage and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic/DSP, Push & In-App traffic, Influencer partnerships, ASA, and UAC;
- You will own media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting;
- You will manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from €300k to €1M+ while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth;
- You will monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, and Contribution Margin;
- You will lead and mentor cross-functional performance teams, including Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Designers, Analysts, and Tracking Specialists;
- You will collaborate closely with product, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to maximize acquisition and retention performance;
- You will build scalable acquisition processes, operational frameworks, and reporting structures;
- You will ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data collection across all acquisition channels;
- You will continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying;
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership position such as Head of Media Buying, Performance Lead, or Acquisition Lead;
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 European markets;
- Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of €300k–€1M+ per month;
- Strong track record of scaling profitable acquisition campaigns;
- Experience in highly competitive industries such as iGaming and Sports Betting;
- Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, Contribution Margin, Revenue Attribution, Incrementality, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and Retention Impact;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Google Tag Manager (GTM);
- Meta Conversion API (CAPI);
- Server-side tracking;
- Postback integrations;
- Attribution and analytics systems.
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience launching and scaling acquisition strategies for mobile-first products;
- Experience working with influencer and performance partnership channels;
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM-driven acquisition initiatives;
- Experience building and scaling international performance teams;
- Knowledge of advanced experimentation frameworks and incrementality testing.
