We’re building and scaling a high-volume, performance-driven newsletter portfolio and are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to fully own newsletter growth, engagement, and monetization.

This role is for someone who understands newsletters as a revenue channel, not just a publishing task.

You’ll work closely with authors, AI writers, designers, and monetization partners to ensure every send is optimized for opens, clicks, and revenue, while maintaining strong editorial quality.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Newsletter Performance Ownership

• Own end-to-end newsletter strategy, publishing, and optimization
• Optimize subject lines, preheaders, layouts, CTAs, and content flow

• Review, QA, and approve all outgoing content before sending

 Monetization & Advertising Optimization

• Integrate ads natively within newsletters to maximize CTR and revenue

Scaling & Team Leadership

• Collaborate closely with writers, AI tools, designers, and growth teams
• Build repeatable processes, guidelines, and quality standards
• Provide weekly performance insights and improvement recommendations
   

Requirements

• Strong experience in email marketing
• Deep understanding of email performance metrics: open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue per send
• Hands-on experience managing multiple email campaings at scale
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Strong editorial and layout instincts (formatting, hierarchy, readability)
• Excellent organization — able to manage 15–20+ newsletters simultaneously
• Strong QA mindset: zero tolerance for broken links, typos, or formatting errors

We are hiring on behalf of our client – an American media company with an office in Warsaw. They run a high-volume, performance-driven newsletter portfolio and drive traffic to advertisers and brand partners through owned channels. Affiliate revenue is a core part of the business, and they need someone to own the partner relationships that make it work.

This is a senior, commercial role. You will be the main point of contact for advertisers, affiliate networks, and affiliate managers — building relationships strong enough that partners bring you their best deals first, before anyone else sees them.

You will own payout negotiation end to end: commission rates, CPAs, rev shares, bonuses. That means reading performance data, spotting where a deal is underpriced, and pushing for better terms – not just accepting what a partner offers. You also own tracking hygiene across campaigns: links, sub-IDs, attribution, making sure nothing breaks and no revenue leaks.

Responsibilities

1. Partner communication & coordination

• Be the main point of contact for advertisers, affiliate networks, and affiliate managers
• Keep promo schedules, offer updates, performance feedback, and follow-ups tight and proactive
• Build strong relationships so partners prioritize us and share better deals first
• Spot new opportunities early and move fast to secure them

2. Payout negotiation & deal management

• Negotiate commission rates, CPAs, rev shares, and bonuses to maximize earnings
• Regularly review terms and push for improvements based on performance data
• Identify underperforming/undervalued deals and renegotiate with clear numbers
• Manage renewals and escalate when terms need to change

3. Tracking, links & execution

• Own tracking links, sub-IDs, parameters, and attribution hygiene across campaigns
• Prepare promo packages for internal teams (links, copy, creatives, instructions)
• Coordinate launches across multiple partners and deadlines at the same time
• Keep clean records of partners, offers, assets, and timelines

4. Performance & growth

• Monitor partner performance and flag where we’re leaving money on the table
• Improve partner workflows so we execute faster and capture more revenue
• Longer-term: industry events and conferences can be part of growth, but near-term focus is performance and revenue impact

Requirements

• 4+ years in affiliate / performance marketing (preferably publisher/traffic side)
• Proven experience negotiating payouts (CPA, rev share, commissions, bonuses) with advertisers or networks
• Strong understanding of tracking (links, sub-IDs, attribution, what breaks conversions)
• Highly organized with a “zero mistakes” mindset
• Strong English (C1+)
• Comfortable managing multiple partners and deadlines in parallel
• Hungry to grow, performance-oriented, and comfortable with occasional irregular hours when needed
