Growth Marketing Manager (Part-time)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will help scale marketing efforts, strengthen the company’s presence in both Ukrainian and international markets, and systematically work on attracting new clients and partners.

This role is for someone who combines analytical thinking, strong marketing expertise, and a hands-on approach—ready to independently execute ideas, test hypotheses, and drive business results.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Build and optimize marketing funnels.
  • Generate and test new audience acquisition channels.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and traffic sources.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track key KPIs.
  • Implement retention and reactivation strategies.

     

Content & Social Media

  • Develop content hypotheses and new formats for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Provide recommendations to improve content, visuals, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create content aligned with business goals.

     

YouTube & Expert Content

  • Participate in the preparation of expert podcasts and interviews.
  • Generate titles, descriptions, and content ideas.
  • Analyze CTR, views, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to improve video packaging and performance.

     

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key marketing metrics:
    • CPL (Cost Per Lead)
    • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
    • Conversion Rate
    • Retention
    • ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment)
  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Form and validate growth hypotheses based on data.

     

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
  • Ability to work with marketing funnels and analytics.
  • Experience launching and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in IT, telecom, or defense-tech is an advantage.
  • AI-first mindset and active use of modern AI tools in work.
  • Independence, speed in hypothesis testing, and strong results orientation.

     

Would Be a Plus

  • Experience building company personal brands or expert content.
  • Experience working with international audiences.
  • Proven cases of scaling leads, improving conversions, or reducing CAC.
  • Understanding of modern trends in growth and content marketing.
