SMM / Media Manager IGaming

We're looking for a strong SMM manager with iGaming experience. Experience with Tier 3 is a plus. The primary responsibilities will include operational management of the production pipeline and quality control. Synchronizing the work of the technical (Account Farmer, Funnel Manager) and creative (UBT, Design, Native Arab) units will be key. Ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements:

- Experience as an SMM Manager, Media Manager, Content Manager, AI Content Manager, or in a similar role
- Experience managing large volumes of content across multiple platforms simultaneously
- Strong understanding of content strategy, content grids, social media funnels, and audience engagement mechanics
- Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, and scaling media production
- Experience building or contributing to AI infrastructure for marketing, media, or SMM operations
- Understanding of AI content farm workflows and mass content generation systems
- Experience working with AI-generated content, AI bots, chatbots, or automated communication systems
- Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to create structured prompts, pipelines, references, and technical documentation
- Experience coordinating contractors, production teams, and creative workflows
- Understanding of key SMM and performance metrics: reach, engagement rate, CTR, CR, retention, growth rate, and content efficiency
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize content and funnels based on performance data
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Understanding of trends in AI, social media, influencer marketing, automation, and digital media ecosystems
- Experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage
- English level B2+ will be a plus

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow communities across social media platforms, messengers, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain content grids and publishing strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms
- Build and optimize social media funnels focused on audience acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion
- Coordinate large-scale content operations: planning, task management, production workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules
- Build and improve AI infrastructure for SMM and media operations
- Organize and scale AI-powered content farms for generating texts, visuals, videos, scripts, creatives, and UGC-style content
- Launch and optimize automated content production processes using AI tools and workflows
- Work with AI bots and automated communication systems for audience engagement, moderation, warm-up funnels, and community management
- Create and develop AI influencers / virtual personas for brand promotion across social platforms
- Define positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and content strategy for AI-generated personalities
- Prepare briefs, references, prompts, content guidelines, and technical tasks for internal teams, contractors, and AI systems
- Coordinate designers, copywriters, video editors, motion designers, AI specialists, and prompt engineers
- Monitor deadlines, content quality, and brand consistency across all media activities
- Analyze content performance, funnel efficiency, engagement metrics, and AI-driven campaign results
- Optimize workflows and content strategies based on analytics, testing, and performance data
- Monitor trends in AI content, social media, AI influencers, automation tools, digital media, and emerging content formats
