We are looking for an ambitious and sports-passionate Junior Sports CRM Manager ready to grow within a fast-paced Tier-1 iGaming environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Build and maintain sports calendars for Tier-1 GEOs, aligning CRM activities with major sporting events, tournaments, and betting trends
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns around key sports moments (UEFA, Premier League, NBA, NFL, UFC, Formula 1, etc.)
- Configure, test, and launch CRM campaigns and automated communication flows via Smartico (Email, Push, SMS, In-App messaging)
- Work closely with the Betby sportsbook platform to manage sports offers, event synchronization, limits, and campaign-related configurations
- Segment player audiences based on betting activity, favorite sports/leagues, player lifecycle stage, retention behavior, and bonus usage
- Support VIP, retention, and reactivation campaigns with relevant sports-focused offers and communication strategies
- Manage promotional content inside CMS and Smartico iFrame pages, including banners, landing pages, and event-focused creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and key CRM metrics such as Churn Rate, Reactivation Rate, Open Rate, CTR, Bonus Cost, and Bonus Ratio
- Analyze player engagement and identify opportunities to improve retention and campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with CRM, SMM, Analytics, VIP, and Casino teams on cross-sell and promotional activities
- Assist the Head of CRM with operational and day-to-day campaign management tasks
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Strong sports knowledge and genuine passion for sports (must-have)
- Deep understanding of major leagues, tournaments, and the sports fan ecosystem
- Basic experience in betting/iGaming OR strong understanding of sportsbook products and betting mechanics
- Understanding of sportsbook bonus mechanics such as free bets, cashback, bet insurance, odds boosts, etc.
- Good copywriting and communication skills for creating engaging short-form CRM content (Push/SMS/Email)
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with campaign metrics and player behavior data
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- English level B2+ (written and spoken)
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Smartico, Fast Track, Optimove, or similar tools
- Previous experience in CRM, Support, VIP, or Retention roles within iGaming
- Basic understanding of player lifecycle management and retention marketing
- Familiarity with Tier-1 sports betting markets
