Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in fintech. In this role, you will focus on content strategy, SEO, social media marketing (SMM), and product branding to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across PayDo’s target markets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, SMM, or brand management within fintech or related industries (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, or E-commerce preferred)
- Proven track record in creating high-performing content and social media campaigns, improving search engine visibility, and managing brand identity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels
- Excellent communication, writing, and self-management skills
- Advanced level of English proficiency; fluency in Ukrainian/Russian is a plus
- Proactive, result-oriented approach with a creative mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content and social media strategies to support PayDo’s marketing and business objectives
- Create engaging, high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, product pages, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.)
- Optimize website and content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility
- Lead product branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage social media campaigns, monitor engagement, and grow followers across platforms
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals
- Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate content, SEO, SMM and brand awareness effectiveness
- Manage marketing projects from concept to execution, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Identify opportunities for growth through new content formats, social channels, or campaigns
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms and social media scheduling software
- Knowledge of paid media and performance marketing
- Certifications in SEO, content marketing or social media marketing
