What You’ll Be Doing (SMM Manager B2B)
● Developing and executing the B2B SMM strategy across social channels.
● Creating and publishing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram (RU/EN) and other platforms when needed.
● Writing posts, PR content, and partner-focused communications.
● Managing tasks for design, copywriting, and motion teams — including detailed creative briefs and quality control.
● Testing new formats, rubrics, and engagement mechanics for B2B audiences.
● Supporting PR, conference, cross-promo, and partner activities through SMM.
● Creating content focused on attracting affiliates, partners, and agents.
● Moderating comments and managing communication quality together with support teams.
● Covering offline events, conferences, and brand appearances across social channels.
● Analyzing SMM performance metrics and optimizing strategy based on data.
● Researching competitors, trends, and creative approaches relevant to affiliate/iGaming markets.
● Managing reporting documentation and communication with stakeholders.
● Adapting content to local regulations and platform restrictions.
● Handling reputation management and negative feedback scenarios professionally.
What Makes You a Great Fit
● 2+ years of experience in SMM / PR within iGaming, affiliate, crypto, or fintech.
● Experience participating in SMM strategy development.
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / targeted advertising.
● Strong understanding of how SMM impacts business and lead generation.
● Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
● Ability to process large volumes of information and extract actionable insights.
● Creative mindset combined with strong analytical thinking.
● Experience working with different GEOs and understanding audience behavior.
● Strong copywriting skills and visual awareness.
● Ability to coordinate with stakeholders efficiently without sacrificing quality or speed.
