We work with high-volume social media operations across multiple platforms and continuously launch new content distribution initiatives, audience funnels, and traffic channels.

As we scale our distribution infrastructure, we are looking for a Social Media Account Farmer who can help us build and prepare platform-ready accounts for long-term, stable usage across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Account Farmer / Account Warming Specialist responsible for creating, warming, and maintaining social media accounts before they are transferred to SMM and distribution teams.

This role is highly operational and process-driven. The main goal is to create accounts that appear organic, trusted by platform algorithms, and technically prepared for active content operations.

You will work closely with the traffic and distribution team, helping ensure account stability, scalability, and long-term survivability.

What You Will Do

Account Registration & Setup

Create and configure new social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others.

Account Warming

Execute warming strategies designed to build trust, activity history, and algorithm credibility before accounts enter active usage.

Behavioral Simulation

Simulate natural platform behavior during the warming phase through posting, browsing, following, commenting, engagement, and activity balancing.

Initial Growth & Engagement

Support basic account growth signals such as early engagement, profile activity, followers, and content interaction.

Profile Optimization

Prepare account profiles, bios, avatars, highlights, links, and basic branding elements according to internal guidelines.

Account Health Monitoring

Monitor restrictions, shadowbans, suspicious activity, login issues, or platform-related flags.

Documentation & Handoff

Maintain organized documentation for each account, including credentials, warming progress, device/proxy setup, and transfer status before handoff to SMM Managers.

Platform Research

Stay up to date with platform algorithms, moderation systems, anti-spam policies, and account safety best practices.

Candidate Expectations

• Experience creating and warming social media accounts
• Understanding of platform behavior, moderation systems, and anti-spam mechanisms
• Familiarity with proxies, multi-account environments, or anti-detect setups
• Strong organizational and process-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without losing structure
• Detail-oriented and systematic approach to repetitive operational tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of SMM and social media ecosystems

Nice to Have

• Experience in traffic, affiliate, gambling, creator economy, or high-volume social media environments
• Experience with anti-detect browsers and account farming infrastructure
• Understanding of U.S.-focused social media environments and audience behavior
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or similar tools
• Experience supporting long-term account survivability and scaling

Your First Month

• Learn internal workflows and account preparation processes
• Start creating and warming accounts for ongoing distribution initiatives
• Build structured tracking and documentation for account status
• Support the team with scalable account preparation workflows
• Help improve account survivability and warming consistency

Success in This Role

After the first 1–2 months, we expect you to:

• Reliably prepare stable, platform-ready accounts
• Reduce early-stage bans and restrictions
• Maintain organized account infrastructure and documentation
• Support scalable social media distribution operations
• Improve account warming quality and consistency
