Junior Traffic UBT Manager (AI Models)

About the Company:
Tech startup that creates and produces digital AI models for Tier‑1 markets (USA, Europe). We work with cutting‑edge generative pipelines and a well‑built infrastructure. Currently in an active scaling phase — we are opening our Traffic R&D department.
 

Job Description:
We are looking for a smart enthusiast with a deep interest in AI models and their monetisation. You will take full ownership of one traffic source (e.g., Twitter) — study its algorithms in depth and build a systematic pipeline for attracting targeted audiences.

This is not a position for someone who wants to follow ready‑made processes — you will build everything from scratch together with us. The CEO will provide test budgets, private training sessions, and consultations with niche experts. From you — analytics, hands‑on work, and the drive to take over an entire direction.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Research & R&D — take paid courses (covered by us), read closed forums, and turn theory into practice.
• Manual work at the start — manage a network of accounts via anti‑detect browsers, warm up profiles, post daily content, and interact with the audience (imitating a real person).
• Technical setup — configure proxies, bypass social media limits, and prevent shadow bans.
• Analytics — collect conversion data, find working bundles (creatives + offers) and content formats that generate the highest response.
• Scaling — once a manual bundle proves profitable, help transfer the process to automation (scripts, AI agents).
   

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the AI niche — understanding of the virtual creator market, following trends, and a desire to earn from it.
• Technical literacy — you know (or can quickly learn) what anti‑detect browsers, mobile proxies, User‑Agent strings, and cookies are.
• English — confident B2+ level (reading Western forums, communicating with an English‑speaking audience on behalf of the model).
• Autonomy — you don’t wait for step‑by‑step instructions. Faced with an account ban? → Find the cause, propose a solution, implement it.
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience in driving traffic (arbitrage) in gray / dating niches from sources such as Reddit, Twitter, Tinder, Badoo, Bumble, Snapchat.
• Experience with the algorithms of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube.
   

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote, full‑time.
• Compensation — base salary of $400–600 per month (during the initial learning and manual testing phase) + later a percentage of profit (RevShare) or bonuses for hitting KPI targets on qualified leads. We are ready to pay generously for results.
• Career growth — once you find a profitable bundle and scale it stably, you can grow into a Team Lead position for that traffic source, with the opportunity to build your own team.
