An international Ad Network in the Dating vertical (Tier-1 GEOs) is looking for an Advertising Manager to join the advertiser-facing team. This is a new role created to grow the direction, not a replacement: DSP and CPA are each currently handled by one specialist, and we need a versatile manager to help scale both.

Format - full-time, fully remote.

What you'll do

• Work with advertisers on CPA and CPC models, growing their spend
• Onboard clients onto the platform and help them launch effective ad campaigns
• Analyze placements and drive results, provide optimization recommendations
• Source new advertisers and negotiate cooperation terms
• Coordinate financial reconciliation with the finance team, oversee payments and reporting
• Communicate with international partners and stay on top of market trends
• Contribute to the development of client service and product

What we're looking for

• 2+ year of experience in affiliate marketing / CPA networks / ad networks / digital
• Understanding of CPA and DSP models
• Understanding of ad formats (banners, push, etc.)
• Knowledge of metrics such as eCPM, CR, ROI, churn rate, frequency capping
• Basic understanding of campaign setup, trackers, and ad network principles
• Strong communication skills with advertisers
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above, for business correspondence and calls with international partners

Nice to have

• Ukrainian language - a big plus
• Experience working with DSP
• Account management / advertiser management experience
• Participation in affiliate conferences, industry networking

About the product

We're building a web product in the AI Girlfriend niche — one of the fastest-growing segments in the AI industry. The product is actively scaling, and we're now strengthening our performance marketing team.

What you'll be doing

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with budgets of $100,000/month and up;
• Develop and test hypotheses across creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages;
• Analyze unit economics daily (CPA, ROAS, CPI, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and make fast decisions on campaign optimization;
• Work closely with the creative team: write briefs, test hypotheses, cut underperforming combos;
• Scale successful campaigns without losing efficiency;
• Track trends and changes in Meta's policies, quickly adapt strategy;
• Collaborate with the analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance.

What we're looking for

• 6+ months of Meta Ads media buying experience, with recent, active experience — at the time of applying, you should be running or have very recently run campaigns;
• Experience in AI products, dating, or dating web products;
• Proven track record managing ad budgets of $100,000+/month on Meta accounts;
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience with web products (landing pages, funnels, conversion tracking);
• Experience scaling campaigns without a sharp drop in efficiency;
• Self-driven, fast decision-making, ownership of results.

• Experience working with a creative team and generating your own creative hypotheses;
• English language proficiency.

About the project

A product team in the Dating space. Main focus is Dating, with additional products in Mainstream Dating. We work primarily with Tier-1 GEOs: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK.

What you'll do

• Launch and manage ad campaigns across ad networks
• Buy traffic across Banner, Push, Native, Pop, RTB formats
• Work with CPC, CPM, CPA models
• Analyze key metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, ROI, profit
• Test new funnels, creatives, GEOs, networks, and hypotheses
• Optimize campaigns based on stats and financial performance
• Find and scale winning funnels
• Work with a tracker (Binom)

Who we're looking for

Junior:

• Hands-on traffic buying experience
• Understanding of the Dating vertical and core traffic sources
• Basic understanding of Push, Native, Banner, Pop
• Comfortable with numbers (CPC/CPM), link setup, basic tracker experience
• Understanding of testing and optimization principles
• Strong motivation to grow in Media Buying

Middle:

• 1+ year of Media Buying experience
• Hands-on experience with Push, Native, Banner, Pop
• Recent Dating vertical experience
• Experience with RTB / Smartlink
• Experience with major ad networks
• Independent campaign launch, optimization, and scaling

Nice to have:

• Push network experience in Dating
• Experience with multiple formats simultaneously
• Basic RTB / Smartlink understanding
• Tracker and analytics tools knowledge
• Spy-tool experience
• Facebook Ads experience

Conditions

• Format: remote
• Employment: full-time
• Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours + 1 hour lunch
• Base salary in EUR (total income including profit-based bonus — Junior/Middle)
• Bonus system: profit-based, uncapped
• Probation: 3 months, with gradual expansion of responsibilities
• Onboarding: first week — working closely with the Media Buying lead (joint launches, walking through processes and networks), independence grows with results afterward
• Growth path: Junior → Middle → Senior → Head of direction
