Amazon PPC Expert
K4 Brands is a Tel Aviv-based e-commerce company focused on building and scaling consumer brands on Amazon. The team has already built multiple 8-figure brands and completed a successful 8-figure exit. We’re looking for an ▪️Amazon PPC Expert who already has strong hands-on experience working inside Amazon Campaign Manager. The person joining the team should feel comfortable managing campaigns independently, analyzing performance, and making optimization decisions based on data.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys analytics, scaling profitable campaigns, and working closely with an experienced e-commerce team.
Requirements
🔹Hands-On Experience: Proven track record of managing Amazon PPC directly inside Campaign Manager (SP, SB, SD). Immediate proficiency is required.
🔹Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose performance shifts and make "scale vs. cut" decisions based on data.
🔹Technical Proficiency: Advanced Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, SUMIFS, raw data exports).
🔹Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain performance changes and logic concisely.
🔹Strategic Thinking: Understanding of inventory-aware decision-making and product lifecycles.
Responsibilities
✅Campaign Optimization: Ongoing management of SP, SB, and SD campaigns, including bid adjustments, placement optimization, and strategic budget allocation.
✅Scaling & Growth: Identify and scale profitable targets, launch new ad groups, and support new product launches.
✅Search Term Mining: Systematically extract winners from reports and move them into structured campaigns; manage negative targeting based on spend thresholds.
✅Profitability Management: Monitor ACOS, TACOS, CVR, and CPC against break-even targets. Adjust spend based on inventory levels and product lifecycle.
✅Reporting & Strategy: Provide concise weekly reports (What changed / Why / Actions taken). Identify seasonality and monitor competitor moves or listing issues.
✅Automation: Manage budget rules and automation tools. Experience with Scale Insights is a significant bonus.

👍Advanced (Optional): Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and audience testing
