Creative Growth and Content Lead

We’re looking for a highly creative, internet-native marketer who understands how modern content spreads online.

This role is part creative strategist, part content producer, part growth marketer. You’ll help shape the voice and creative direction of our brand across short-form video platforms while collaborating with creators and communities to expand reach organically.

You should be obsessed with viral formats, trends, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and understanding why certain videos explode while others die instantly.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify viral content trends, formats, hooks, and creative angles daily
  • Develop creative concepts for short-form videos and campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage production of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X content
  • Publish and optimize content across social platforms
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, editors, and UGC talent
  • Build relationships with external creators and help distribute/promote our videos through partner accounts
  • Experiment with unconventional, memetic, and creative marketing ideas
  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate rapidly based on results
  • Help define the creative identity and internet presence of the brand
  • Stay extremely up to date with AI video tools, creator trends, and platform algorithms

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong creative instinct and taste
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and internet culture
  • Experience growing or managing social media channels
  • Experience with viral content creation or creative marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of short-form video structure, pacing, retention, hooks, and storytelling
  • Ability to think beyond traditional marketing approaches
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-driven personality with fast execution speed
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with rapid experimentation

Huge Plus If You Have

  • Experience in video production, editing, or directing
  • Experience working with creators/influencers
  • Experience growing YouTube or TikTok channels
  • Experience with AI video tools, generative media, or creative automation
  • Background in meme culture, gaming, internet brands, or creator economy
  • Portfolio of viral content, campaigns, or social accounts
