We're looking for someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You don't need a marketing degree. You don't need agency experience. You don't need years of experience.

What matters is whether you understand internet culture, spot trends early, and can identify why certain content spreads while other content gets ignored.

This role is perfect for someone who spends hours exploring content, saving videos, discovering creators, and constantly asking:

"Why did this get 10 million views?"

What You'll Do

• Discover viral content formats, trends, and creative concepts every day
• Research TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, X, and other creator platforms
• Collect and organize examples of high-performing content
• Analyze why specific videos perform well
• Suggest new content ideas and creative experiments
• Help identify creators and influencers for potential collaborations
• Track emerging AI, creator, and internet culture trends
• Support the team with content research and creative inspiration
• Help build a library of viral formats that can be adapted for our brand

• You can explain why content becomes viral

• Your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube channel
• Experience editing videos

We’re building V4V.ai — an AI-powered platform that generates high-performing video content (UGC / ads / creatives) using AI agents.

We’re looking for a builder — someone who can combine content, growth, and AI automation into a scalable system.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Build a marketing system powered by AI
  • set up and manage 4–5 agents (content, research, posting, analytics, repurposing)
  • optimize workflows for speed and output quality
• Create viral-ready content
  • short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
  • test hooks, formats, styles (UGC, absurd, storytelling, etc.)
  • work with AI video tools (Seedance, Runway, etc.)
• Build a content machine
  • consistent posting via AI workflows
  • scale what works, kill what doesn’t
  • rapid idea generation + testing
• Manage social media & blog
  • X / LinkedIn / TikTok / Instagram
  • AI-assisted, but with strong taste and control

🧠 Who You Are

• 3+ years in marketing / growth / content / SMM
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral
• Experience with short-form content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

You are:

• fast (you ship, not overthink)
• highly adaptable to new tools
• comfortable using AI as a multiplier

➕ Bonus Points

• Experience with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, LLMs, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Background in video creatives / performance ads
