Who we are?

Vogelkop is a real estate development and construction company focused on residential projects in premium locations.

We acquire land and properties, redesign and rebuild them, and bring projects from concept to completion.

We already have multiple completed and ongoing projects, along with a large library of raw content such as drone videos, construction progress footage, behind-the-scenes materials, site updates, and project visuals.

Now we need someone who can turn this material into a clear content direction, structured content plan, and consistent digital presence.

The goal of this role is to become our internal content engine. Someone who can understand the company, create strong content ideas, plan what should be published, and coordinate the right people to execute it.

What will you do?

  • Create monthly content plans for Instagram;
  • Develop creative content ideas based on our real estate and construction projects;
  • Decide what should be posted, why it should be posted, and how each post connects to the wider brand story;
  • Turn raw project materials into clear content briefs for editors, copywriters, designers, or internal team members;
    (!) We will not require you to create, edit, and write content. There will be a dedicated team for it which you will be a part of.
  • Coordinate a small content team or freelancers to make sure tasks are completed properly;
  • Give clear direction on the hook, story angle, visual style, and purpose of each piece of content;
  • Build a simple and practical content system that can be followed consistently;
  • Organise content around project progress, behind-the-scenes updates, educational posts, credibility content, and before/after materials;
  • Manage the posting schedule and make sure content is prepared on time;
  • Review content before publishing to make sure it fits the brand direction;
  • Track basic performance and suggest what should be improved or tested next;
  • Help build a digital presence that works as a portfolio and lead-generation channel;

What success looks like?

  • A clear monthly content plan is created and followed consistently
  • Raw construction and real estate materials are turned into strong content ideas and clear briefs
  • Editors, copywriters, and other team members understand exactly what needs to be done
  • Content is published consistently without the founders needing to micromanage every step
  • The brand develops a clear voice, style, and storytelling direction
  • Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts begin to show steady improvement in engagement and profile activity
  • The company’s social media becomes a credible digital portfolio for completed and ongoing projects
  • The content system becomes organised, repeatable, and easy to manage as the company grows

Role Details

  • Part-time, remote role.
  • You work directly with the founders and coordinate with the relevant people involved in content production.
  • This is not a video editing role.
  • This is not a copywriting role.
  • The main responsibility is content planning, creative direction, task coordination, and small team management.
  • Compensation is negotiable, depending on experience and execution level.
  • Long-term collaboration is preferred for the right person.

Required Experience

  • Experience managing social media content or content calendars
  • Strong understanding of short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Ability to create clear content plans and creative directions
  • Ability to turn raw project materials into structured content ideas
  • Experience coordinating freelancers, editors, copywriters, designers, or small creative teams
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Understanding of storytelling for business, real estate, construction, architecture, or similar industries
  • Ability to work independently and keep content moving without micromanagement
  • Comfortable reviewing content and giving feedback to improve quality
  • Solid written English
