Who we are?
Vogelkop is a real estate development and construction company focused on residential projects in premium locations.
We acquire land and properties, redesign and rebuild them, and bring projects from concept to completion.
We already have multiple completed and ongoing projects, along with a growing digital presence built around project storytelling, construction progress, renovations, and behind-the-scenes content.
Now we need someone who can turn ideas, videos, and project updates into clear, engaging, and professional written content that supports the company’s brand and content strategy.
The goal of this role is to become a reliable writing partner for the Content Manager — someone who can consistently produce strong captions, hooks, scripts, and written content that improves engagement and communicates the value behind our projects.
What will you do?
- Write captions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Work closely with the Content Manager and follow the provided content plans, briefs, and storytelling direction
- Create strong hooks and opening lines designed to capture attention quickly
- Write short-form scripts or talking points for videos when needed
- Turn construction updates, project progress, and raw ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand content
- Adapt writing style depending on the type of content:
• educational
• behind-the-scenes
• project updates
• credibility content
• storytelling content
• promotional content
- Help maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Write content that feels natural, modern, and aligned with social media behaviour
- Research topics, trends, and competitor content when relevant
- Suggest improvements to captions, hooks, and storytelling structure
- Support the team with written content for presentations, project descriptions, website sections, or marketing materials when needed
- Review and refine content based on feedback and performance
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and Video Editor to make sure visuals and messaging work together properly

- Captions and scripts consistently match the company’s tone and content direction
- Written content improves engagement, retention, saves, shares, and audience interaction
- Videos have stronger hooks and clearer storytelling
- Content feels professional, easy to understand, and visually connected to the brand
- The writing process becomes organised and reliable without requiring constant revisions
- The brand develops a stronger and more recognisable voice across platforms
- Content supports the company’s credibility and helps position the business professionally online
Role Details
- Part-time, remote role.
- You work directly with the Content Manager and collaborate with the Video Editor when needed.
- The Content Manager handles overall strategy, planning, and content direction.
- Your role is to execute the written side of the content based on those plans and creative briefs.
- Flexible schedule, but reliable communication and delivery timelines are important.
- Compensation is negotiable, depending on experience and execution level.
- Long-term collaboration is preferred for the right person.
Required Experience
- Experience writing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or X
- Strong understanding of short-form content and audience attention
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and modern social media copy
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Ability to adapt tone depending on the content style and platform
- Ability to follow creative direction and execute feedback properly
- Strong written English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Understanding of branding and content consistency
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for real estate, construction, architecture, entrepreneurship, or business-related brands
- Experience writing video scripts or educational content
- Understanding of social media trends and platform behaviour
- Ability to think strategically about content performance and engagement
- Experience working with creative teams or content managers
