CEO Tier-1
We are looking for a Regional CEO Lead - a strategic leader responsible for the management, coordination, control, and growth of the entire regional cluster. This is not an operational CEO role for a single brand, but a portfolio-level leadership position overseeing multiple projects and markets.
Responsibilitie:
- Regional CEO Management
- Managing 3-6 local CEOs within the region.
- Supporting the development and adjustment of launch and scaling strategies.
- Monitoring execution of strategic plans.
- Regular analysis of reporting and performance metrics.
- Performance management at the CEO level.
Regional Strategy & Growth
- Building and driving the overall regional strategy.
- Defining priority GEOs and launch models (in-house platform vs white label).
- Evaluating investment efficiency of new launches.
- Conducting competitive market analysis across regions.
Financial Control & Analytics
- Full P&L ownership across projects.
- Analysis of GGR, NGR, Retention, CPA, ROI, and Payback metrics.
- Budget forecasting and optimization.
- Managing the region’s investment model.
Operational Architecture
- Establishing efficient processes between CEOs, marketing, product, and finance teams.
- Building a unified reporting system.
- Standardizing key business metrics.
- Supporting the development of strong management teams.
Hiring Participation
- Participating in the hiring process for local CEOs.
- Advising on key team structures.
- Assessing leadership and management potential of candidates.
Board-Level Communication
- Regular reporting to the board.
- Presenting regional strategy and business results.
- Defending budgets and investment initiatives.
Required Expertise
The ideal candidate should:
- Have deep expertise in iGaming (B2C operator business).
- Understand Tier-1 market specifics.
- Possess strong knowledge of:
local licensing;
payment methods;
marketing models;
competitive market environments.
- Have experience managing multiple business units or regions.
- Understand the difference between launching on an in-house platform versus a white label model.
- Think in terms of portfolio management rather than operating a single brand.
Candidate Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- High level of personal ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in chaos and startup-mode environments.
- Ready for a high workload during the first year.
- Able to manage and lead strong CEOs.
- Not a micromanager, but capable of maintaining strategic control.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
- Fluent English (working with an international team).
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian language is required.
- This is not an “administrator” role - this is a growth driver position.
