We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the product portfolio strategy for one of our core product groups, a business with 20M installs and $10M in Annual Recurring Revenue.

This is a pivotal role for a highly entrepreneurial product-focused executive. You will set the long-term vision for a multi-platform portfolio across iOS, Android, and web, and drive the organization through its next phase of growth.

As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re seeking a Product Visionary with a fresh perspective, strong strategic instincts, and the ability to accelerate momentum across the entire business.

What you will do:

• Define and implement the development strategy of a product group in alignment with the company goals and in collaboration with the Board
• Own and drive the vision of the product group
• Report performance results to the leadership team on a quarterly basis
• Coordinate the joint efforts of the focus area’s internal teams: Product, Marketing, UA, ASO, Content, Growth, etc.
• Set and approve priorities, oversee the execution of the plans
• Perform analysis of marketing and product metrics, search for ways to improve them

• Lead the team of PdMs, mentor, and help them grow

   

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in product management in leadership positions and at least 3+ years of experience with B2C mobile subscription apps 
• A proven track record of making from scratch and launching successful new products
• Demonstrated knowledge of the SaaS products landscape, a feel for the trends in the SaaS market with understanding of users’ needs
• Strong analytical skills; experience with qualitative data (user feedback, use cases) and quantitative data (metrics) analysis, running A/B tests
• Proper understanding of ASO and User Acquisition
• Experience in structuring, setting up, and improving processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Drive, passion, and ambition to move the business forward

• Ability to see new business opportunities and generate new business ideas

We’re now launching a new Publishing and M&A business focused on partnering with external app developers, acquiring and scaling products with strong growth potential. This is a true greenfield initiative with substantial capital, full executive support, and access to AIBY’s ecosystem of talent, data, and infrastructure.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to build this business from the ground up. You’ill shape the vision, define the strategy, build and lead the team, and own the P&L. This is a rare opportunity to create a category-defining publishing engine backed by AIBY.
 

What you will do:

• Build the Publishing and M&A function almost from zero: set the vision, define the strategy, establish the foundation to scale fast
• Own the P&L: set targets, drive revenue, margins, and ensure strong performance across the publishing and M&A portfolio
• Create the organization: design and scale the operating model, establish processes, hire top talent, and shape the team structure
• Develop a high-quality pipeline: evaluate products, teams, and mobile app developers; participate in sourcing and assessing potential partnerships and acquisitions; negotiate deals with external studios
• Drive cross-functional alignment: collaborate closely with UA, Growth, BI, ASO, Legal, and other in-house teams, ensuring seamless coordination with external development partners
• Represent the business at the executive level: work directly with AIBY’s founders to execute the long-term strategy

What you should have:

• 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Publishing, or related roles within the mobile app industry
• 3+ years in leadership roles such as CEO, VP, Product Director, CPO, CMO, Head of UA, Head of Publishing, or similar
• Proven ability to evaluate a product’s potential, assess product and team quality, and identify strengths and weaknesses of mobile app developers
• Deep understanding of the consumer subscription app market, its dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Proven 0→1 track record: launching new business units, building functions from scratch, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup
• Mentality: ownership, clarity, decisiveness, speed, and persistence

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Publishing or M&A deals in the mobile app industry

Role overview

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the full operational management of the company in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. This role carries full accountability for strategy execution, operational efficiency, team leadership, and business development across both markets. The position requires active on-site involvement and regular work between Turkey and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational processes of Pella Global in Turkey and the UAE.

Ваші основні завдання:

- Формування та реалізація довгострокової стратегії розвитку компанії, основним видом діяльності якої є онлайн мікрокредитування фізичних осіб
- Управління всіма напрямами діяльності та координація їх ефективної взаємодії
- Організація роботи команди та досягнення ключових показників
- Прийняття стратегічних рішень та управління змінами
