- Set up and administrate legal entities across multiple jurisdictions in cooperation with local agents and advisors;
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of commercial contracts, including Software Licensing

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design forward-looking legal strategies and implement innovative solutions for non-standard challenges.
