We are looking for an Character Content Creator (TikTok / Instagram)

About the Project

We are building a new type of entertainment platform:
a mobile, story-driven adult AI roleplay experience built around fictional characters and structured narratives.

Imagine:
— Interactive storytelling
— Fictional characters with evolving storylines
— A universe where users don’t just watch… they interact

We are now expanding these characters beyond the product — into social media.

Role 🎭
We’re looking for someone who can bring fictional characters to life on TikTok and Instagram.
Not as a brand.
Not as a content calendar.
But as real, believable personalities people actually want to follow.

What you’ll do ✨
— Create short-form videos in character 🎬
— Develop storylines across a series of posts 📖
— Turn trends into narrative elements 🔥
— Spark curiosity so people follow and come back 👀

This is NOT a typical SMM role 🚫
You will NOT:
— Plan content calendars
— Write corporate captions
— Manage a brand account

You WILL 💡
— Be a storyteller
— Be a creator who understands content formats
— Understand why people get emotionally attached to online personalities

What you need to do ⚡
— Create 2–5 short-form videos per day (TikTok / Reels)
— Develop and evolve character personalities
— Build weekly story arcs
— Quickly spot trends and adapt them to the character
— Experiment and rapidly improve content based on performance

Ideal experience 🎯
We’re looking for people with experience in:
— Creating TikTok content (especially growing from zero 📈)
— Story-driven or episodic content
— Roleplay, fandom, or character-based communities
— Entertainment, meme culture, or narrative formats
(Plus) VTuber / anime / gaming / fictional characters 🎮

You should be able to 🧠
— Think in storylines, not isolated posts
— Maintain a consistent character voice
— Understand parasocial relationships (why people follow personalities)
— Identify and execute trends quickly
— Work at a fast pace

Nice to have 👍
— Experience growing your own TikTok/Instagram account
— Experience creating content “in character”
— Understanding of platform moderation rules
— Ability to create intrigue without being explicit

Not a fit if you 🚫
— Are a traditional SMM manager
— Focus on content calendars and planning tools
— Come from corporate brand marketing
— Prefer low-volume, highly polished content
