๐ What youโll do:
- Produce video and static creatives for Meta, TikTok, Native, and Search traffic sources
- Execute tasks like Low / Translate / Refresh / Adaptation based on performance KPIs
- Quickly iterate on winning concepts and scale what works
- Shoot simple UGC-style footage when needed
- Participate in team meetings, 1-on-1s, and brainstorming sessions
- Maintain organized workflow and upload all projects to Google Drive on time
๐ง Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Photoshop
- Understanding of design principles and visual theory
- Ability to shoot simple video content (smartphone + lighting setup)
- Experience with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs, TopMediaAI, Lovo.ai, etc.)
- Experience with subtitle tools (Veed, CapCut, Kapwing, etc.)
- Basic understanding of AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Bard, etc.) for creative tasks
๐ก Nice to have:
- Experience creating ad creatives (video/static) for social media โ especially TikTok
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for Meta & TikTok ads
- Knowledge of platform policies (Meta, TikTok)
- Experience using spy tools & trend analysis platforms (Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, etc.)
- Experience with AI-generated visuals (images/video)
