Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Your impact:

• Assist marketing team with operational tasks.
• Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere.
• Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
• Configure, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms. 
• Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare technical tasks for creative and content teams.

About you:

• 0,6+ months of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience launching and managing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making.
• Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
   

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Relevant digital advertising certifications (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, or other paid acquisition channels.
