AI SMM and Content Distribution Specialist

We're not hiring a traditional SMM manager. We're building an AI-driven content distribution system across 13+ platforms — and we need someone to design and operate it.

What you'll do

• Build and run a cross-platform content machine: idea → AI production → adaptation → posting → analytics → iteration
• Use AI to generate scripts, hooks and content at scale
• Analyze trends, competitors and viral mechanics
• Launch automations and semi-automated workflows
• Grow owned channels including Telegram communities

You must have

• Deep understanding of social algorithms and viral mechanics
• Real experience with AI content tools
• Cross-platform thinking — not single-platform
• System mindset, ownership, speed
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

You'll know you're succeeding when

• Cross-posting system is live across multiple platforms
• AI content pipeline is running
• First viral or high-performing pieces are published
• 2–3 repeatable content formats are identified
