SMM Team Lead

We are looking for people who want to create more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine. We are currently looking for a SMM Team Lead.

You are our candidate if:

• You have 4+ years of experience in SMM, including team management and project management in social media;
• You have experience working with international or multinational projects and understand global digital trends;
• You can build SMM strategies from scratch, aligning them with business goals and KPIs;
• You understand content localization and know how to adapt communication tone to different cultures;
• You have experience managing content production, including video, design, and working with contractors;

• You are a data-driven leader with strong analytical, communication, and process skills.

   

Experience will be considered an advantage:

• Managing social media accounts in several countries simultaneously;
• Working with international brands or companies;
• Launching SMM in new markets;
• Working with influencers and ambassadors;
• Experience with crisis communications on social media;
• Working with paid promotion/performance SMM.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and systematically manage Nova Post social media pages across European markets, ensuring brand consistency;
• Hands-on management of key priority pages, including content creation and community engagement;
• Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns for specific European markets, maintaining the brand’s Tone of Voice;
• Oversee content planning and production, ensuring high-quality visual and text assets;
• Organize and lead photo/video shoots, coordinating the end-to-end process from brief to final delivery;
• Coordinate internal designers, video editors, and external SMM agencies or contractors to ensure timely execution;
• Manage content approval workflows and streamline communication between stakeholders;
• Control budgeting and financial reporting related to SMM activities and production costs;
• Monitor KPIs for international channels, providing regular analytical reports on performance;
• Develop strategic recommendations for growth, audience engagement, and process optimization;
• Mentor and develop the SMM team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
