Content Manager

Hi! We are looking for a Content Manager to manage and create content for our eCommerce website and social media channels. The main focus of this role is product-related content: creating and updating product descriptions, managing images, and producing high-quality content using AI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage product content for the eCommerce website (product descriptions, titles, specifications, and collections).
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented product descriptions.
• Manage product content and visual assets on the website, including organizing, updating, and maintaining images and related materials.
• Ensure all product content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the brand tone of voice.
• Manage and update website content via CMS.
• Create and publish content for social media related to products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support launches and updates.
• Review and improve existing content based on feedback and performance.

Requirements:

• Strong English level (B2+) — written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
• Experience working with website content (CMS experience is a plus).
• Ability to work with AI content-generation tools and refine AI-generated texts.
• Experience uploading and managing product images and content in CMS.
• Experience working with product content for online stores.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
