Business Development Manager/Lead
GotYourBack Support is a fast-growing BPO company providing Customer Support, Technical Support, and Revenue-Driven Sales Support for software businesses.
We are launching a structured B2B direction and are lookinLg for a strong Business Development Manager to build and own this process.
Role Overview:
This is a 0→1 builder role.
You will start independently and take full ownership of the B2B process - from defining ICP and generating leads to closing the first deals.
Once traction is achieved and the pipeline becomes predictable, you will scale the function and build a team around it.
What You Will Do
- Define and refine target segments and ICP
- Research and generate qualified leads
- Build and test outreach sequences (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Conduct intro calls and discovery meetings
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Establish a structured and scalable B2B process
- Later: hire and scale a lead generation / B2B team
What We Expect
- Proven B2B experience (lead generation + full sales cycle)
- Experience building or improving a sales process
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
