Business Development Manager to $2500

We are a fast-growing BPO company looking to expand our reach by launching a structured B2B sales process. Our goal is to identify and engage potential clients and partners, building long-term relationships that drive business growth.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and execute a process for identifying and converting potential clients. This role combines research, lead generation, strategic outreach, and sales process development to establish a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.

This role will be a key to building and shaping the company's B2B team, laying the foundation for long-term growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research:

  • Identify and research potential leads, industries, and market opportunities.
  • Extract and enrich lead data to ensure accurate and comprehensive prospecting.
  • Maintain and update lead databases for better tracking and follow-ups.

Lead Engagement & Nurturing:

  • Conduct initial outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, positioning our services effectively.
  • Develop compelling sales materials, offers, and presentations.
  • Document case studies and success stories to support sales efforts.

Sales Strategy & Process Development:

  • Refine and optimize outreach strategies to improve lead conversion.
  • Develop a structured approach for engaging and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

     

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development in BPO or IT Outsourcing.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and database management.
  • Ability to create persuasive sales materials and presentations.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
