Team Lead — Media Buyers (Search Arbitrage) to $5000 Offline

We are a strong team of traffic arbitrage professionals with expertise in Search Arbitrage, Leadgen, Finance, and other verticals.

We’re now looking for a Team Lead for Media Buyers who can do more than just run profitable campaigns — someone who knows how to build a team, establish processes, and deliver consistent, scalable results.
 

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of Search Media Buyers (FB + TikTok): train, motivate, and oversee performance;
• Build and scale profitable ad campaigns in the Search Arbitrage vertical;
• Collaborate with designers and analysts to develop and test creatives;
• Analyze campaign performance and develop optimization strategies;
• Introduce new hypotheses, tools, and approaches;
• Prepare reports and manage funnel performance based on KPIs.
   

We’ll be a great match if you:

• Have 1–2+ years of experience as a media buyer, including in Search Arbitrage;
• Have managed or mentored a team of 2+ buyers;
• Understand the mechanics of FB and TikTok and know how to scale successful campaigns;
• Are confident in analytics and performance metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC, Profit);
• Are communicative, inspiring, and know how to lead people toward shared results.
