 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and grow the content team.
• Design and implement a content strategy that supports marketing and business objectives.
• Build and oversee a content calendar covering all platforms (website, blog, newsletters, PR, product content, social channels).
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Performance teams to support campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
• Manage workflows, resources, and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Research industry trends and experiment with innovative content formats.
   

 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or related fields.
• Proven success in leading a content team or managing editorial processes.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and optimize performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on contribution.
• Experience in iGaming is a strong plus.
