Content Writer / Documentation Specialist in IT Offline

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing content in English: our websites, blogs, manuals, product descriptions;
• Develop engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, case studies, PR publications, press releases, reviews, and other content pieces;
• Craft compelling email marketing newsletters;
• Generate tailored content for social media channels: LinkedIn;
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content relevance and accuracy;
• Conducting research and summarising complex topics clearly and concisely;

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in an outsourcing company for at least 2 years and a deep understanding of the IT Service market, including knowledge of the specifics of IT companies and IT service provision processes;
• English level from C1, which allows you to write and edit content freely;
• Experience writing content for readers from Europe and the USA;
• Ability to create content in different styles and for other tasks, such as expert articles, research, interviews, announcements and Sales materials;
• Tech writing experience (documentation, technical blogs);

• Figma, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Open Office / MS Office;

   

SEO Skills:

• Basic to intermediate experience in search optimisation and content structuring;

• Keyword research using Google tools;

   

Soft Skills:

• Independent, proactive, and careful with the team’s time;
• Self-organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks;

• Attentive to formatting and illustration quality;

   

Nice to Have:

• HTML (basic knowledge);

• Ability to produce SEO articles and optimise existing ones to drive traffic and generate leads;
