Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality programming outputs while adhering to relevant standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. This role also includes optimizing resource deployment and contributing to process improvements within the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a support and/or lead statistical programmer on clinical projects.
- Specify, program, and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets.
- Develop and validate statistical analysis results, including analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
- Produce and review CDISC documentation to ensure compliance.
- Create and validate randomization lists.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Report deviations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer complaints, managing CAPAs.
- Provide supervision and guidance to statistical programmers.
- Train programming team members on procedures and technical standards.
- Identify, implement, and develop new techniques, solutions, tools, and products to enhance efficiency.
- Lead internal initiatives to improve department processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external project teams.
- Report issues to the Project Manager/Associate Director in a timely manner.
- Support Quality Assurance in internal audits.
- Conduct other statistical programming tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BSc/MSc in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in statistical programming.
- Excellent SAS programming skills.
- Knowledge of R programming is a plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical research principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.
