Account manager / Project coordinator

Our startup is an innovative sweepstakes casino platform focused on the US market. We aim to provide users with a unique gaming experience by combining gambling with interactive features and modern technologies. The product is an online slot casino where users can participate in prize draws, play various games, and win real rewards. Our platform is built on advanced technologies and fully complies with US laws.
What you will be doing:
📌 Client Communication & Updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates.
• Provide weekly progress reports and proactively update clients on delays or changes.
• Maintain a structured ticketing system to track client inquiries and feedback.
📌 Project Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain and update the Product Pipeline Tracker & Gantt Charts for all client projects.
• Work closely with the development team to track deadlines and ensure realistic commitments.
• Flag risks and bottlenecks in project delivery and escalate when needed.
📌 Process & Workflow Optimization
• Standardize client onboarding procedures, including expectation setting and documentation.
• Improve internal communication between developers, designers, and clients.
• Document best practices and create templates for status updates, meeting notes, and reports.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in project coordination (preferably in tech, SaaS, or iGaming industries).
- Strong client communication skills – ability to manage expectations and deliver clear updates.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
- Basic understanding of software development processes and product roadmaps.
- English level - Intermediate / Upper Intermediate
- Highly organized & detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
