    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    β€’ Own end-to-end solution delivery on the assigned account(s)

    β€’ For the top management and client - act as a single point of responsibility over any delivery related matters, including escalations, upsells, ramp-downs, etc

    β€’ Accountable for the technical leadership regarding the delivery. Ensuring a sound and future-proof architecture is planned and the implementation meets the technical quality standards

    β€’ Coordinate between multiple disciplines, stakeholders

    β€’ Establish and manage long-term partnerships with the client(s)

    β€’ Address client(s) issues and identify and manage engagement risks

    β€’ Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements

    β€’ Build up delivery plan along with estimations on timeframes, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully deliver projects

    β€’ Establish a strategy of continuous delivery risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery life cycle

    β€’ Support sales activities; participate in bid process, provide technical and management expertise to win bids

    β€’ Actively contribute in EPAM-wide delivery management community

    REQUIREMENTS

    β€’ Practical experience in delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence. Familiar with relevant technological solutions, industry best practices

    β€’ Good understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering (batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption)

    β€’ At least 5 years of experience in gathering and understanding customer business requirements to introduce Big Data technologies

    β€’ Familiar with multiple Big Data technology stacks (e.g. Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc)

    β€’ Experience with data visualization, aware of various tools, technologies

    β€’ Good understanding of classical analytics methods; including relevant theories

    β€’ Good understanding of various delivery approaches, well versed in agile

    β€’ High degree of comfort to present both to large or small audiences

    β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple high-end residential and commercial glazing projects across New York City. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion β€” managing timelines, teams, vendors, and clients remotely while staying hands-on with field progress and communication.

    It is a fully remote position, with overlapping 9 am - 6 pm EST New York time zone. 

     

     

     

    What skills you need:

    • a must 3+ years’ project-management experience in construction or glazing (hvac, window & door industry preferred). Not IT or fintech
    • Proven ability to manage a control the project from A to Z: assign supervision, controls the procurement, ordering, in time logistics, updates the client, push all the vendors for deadline, suppliers, gather all the info, put everything in the calendars, control deadlines of the project, follow-up along the way, create instructions, materials inform about the time-line, handle all questions from the client, changes
    • Proven experience with certificates, licenses, landmark, city approvals
    • Knowledge in communication with architects, building boards, GCs
    • Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site-safety protocols
    • Bilingual: Ukrainian / English

    • Provide weekly reports and client-facing updates
    • Manage documentation, permits, and close-out packages
