Possess overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of projects according to the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality criteria.

Responsibilities:

- Managing websites support and maintenance;
- Managing client communication on website projects;
- Communication with design and development teams on web projects, containing a PM, BE Developer, FE Developer, Designer, and QA tester;
- Weekly company meetings, daily project meetings,
- The candidate must have excellent knowledge of the web design process and be able to work with various team members to ensure projects meet standards, deliverables, and timeframe;
- Technical SEO;
- Ahrefs/Semrush Website Audit;
- Google Search Console Website Audit;
- Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools Audit.

Required skills:

- Excellent English communication & grammar skills;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and Webflow is a plus;
- Understanding of Web Design and UX interface design;

You’ll be right at the center of our product delivery process, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely releases, and top-tier quality.

• Take over client handoff from the sales team and lead contract kick-off smoothly.
• Set up and manage delivery workflows in Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility and structure.
• Join all client meetings alongside a domain expert and lead structured follow-up actions.
• Become the go-to person for clients: communicative, reliable, and one step ahead.
• Manage internal delivery teams, facilitating daily syncs, removing blockers, and keeping delivery on track.
• Monitor timelines, hours, and budgets — ensuring every minute delivers value.
• Onboard clients into their own Confluence spaces and educate them on our workflow.
• Track progress daily, make risks visible early, and ensure smooth execution from A to Z.

📚 You’re a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in outsourcing, SaaS, or fintech environments.
• Upper-intermediate English — you’re confident in written and spoken communication with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, proactive, and client-oriented.
• Previous experience managing client relationships (bonus if you’ve worked as an Account Manager).
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
• A love for well-structured processes (without drowning in red tape).
• The ability to manage multiple projects and clients without losing your cool.
