Project Manager (English and Spanish)

Quintagroup is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with strong English and Spanish language skills to manage projects for our Spanish clients. If you're passionate about leading teams and delivering impactful results, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and workflows
• Analyze and define clear product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to support team members and foster professional growth
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, customers, and developers to translate business needs into structured, prioritized requirements
• Facilitate effective understanding of project goals, business initiatives, and specific requirements among team members
• Perform risk management and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Organize and facilitate meetings (planning, grooming, demos, acceptance presentations)
• Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation in various formats
• Regularly report on project progress and status
• Manage individual tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines effectively

Requirements:

• Fluent or upper-intermediate English (written and verbal)
• Strong Spanish language skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage project requirements and handle changes efficiently
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean

Would be a plus:

• Experience using Gantt charts for task visualization and tracking
• Familiarity with RACI matrix principles
• Understanding of project post-mortem processes
• Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
