PreVIP Manager

Requirements:
 

  • Experience in establishing strong personal relationships
  • Experience in providing VIP customers with industry-leading individual care
  • Experience in Excellent Communication
  • Experience in Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

    Your main tasks involve:
     
  • Benefit players in the shape of bonuses based on daily activity monitoring in a proactive manner
  • Provide players with the best possible assistance in case of any tech issues or any difficulties that may occur
    ( Missing deposits, pending withdrawals, KYC as well as any other tech issues players may face)
  • Dedicated work with active balances ( Help players to lose their balances in case of huge wins)
  • Manage conflicts, aggressive behaviors, or any other negative emotional expressions in order to extend players' lifetime value
  • Avoid VIP players from account closure
  • Be able to establish long term friendly communication with a players. Perfect communication could make players trust & loyalty to be born.
  • Friendly communication heavily reduces the number of possible complaints that may affect a brand's reputation
  • Guide players into iGaiming world as Budy who can explain how the industry works
  • Reactivate Dormant players
  • Response in time to any requests (Customer Support, Direct players requests, Platform representatives, or Internal Gypsy messengers)
  • Analyze VIP and promotional KPIs and profitability, and provide reports and comments to the Head of VIP Department.
