Lead Generation Specialist

We are a software development company that builds proprietary software products and provides custom software development services to the global market. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, enterprises, governmental organizations, and growing startups.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in lead generation and a strong desire to deepen their expertise in deal closing. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and engaging potential clients, working closely with our onsite sales team in the USA & Canada, marketing, and delivery teams.
Your Mission:
To drive business growth by generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the deal-closing process.
What We Expect from You:
- Experience in lead generation and a strong interest in closing deals.
- Excellent communication, research, and outreach skills.
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience in B2B IT sales.
- Understanding of the North American IT market.
- Previous experience with CRM and automation tools.
