THE ROLE

As a lead generation specialist within our acquisitions team, your role goes beyond more research and initial contact with potential app sellers by outbound calling. You'll be responsible for consistently growing our CRM with new, relevant leads, preparing and launching outreach campaigns, monitoring email infrastructure health, keeping HubSpot data accurate, supporting LinkedIn content, and delivering clear weekly reporting.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain lead lists based on our ICP, keeping HubSpot clean, segmented, and deduplicated
• Prepare and launch email outreach campaigns via Snov.io, and monitor mailbox health/deliverability
• Prepare and launch LinkedIn outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Helper
• Write email and LinkedIn outreach copy aligned with ICP, segment, and offer
• Manage HubSpot data hygiene and ensure outreach activities log correctly
• Publish LinkedIn content and support content research with the SMM Manager
• Maintain weekly reporting and present results at the performance meeting

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with lead research and database building (ICP-based prospecting)
• Practical experience with email outreach platforms (Snov.io or similar)
• Practical experience with LinkedIn automation tools (LinkedIn Helper or similar)
• Confident working in HubSpot CRM - imports, lists, segmentation, data hygiene
• Comfortable with AI tools and scraping tools to speed up research
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills - filters, dedup, segmentation on large datasets
• Ability to write clear, ICP-relevant B2B outreach copy
• Organized, deadline-driven, comfortable owning weekly KPIs and reporting

We are looking for an experienced Data Researcher to support our outbound marketing and sales activities.

Your main responsibility will be to research target companies and decision-makers, collect and verify contact data, and prepare accurate lead lists for outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Research companies and decision-makers based on predefined ICPs and targeting criteria.
• Build and enrich lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finders, verification tools, and other data research platforms.
• Find, verify, and maintain accurate contact and company information.
• Enrich leads with additional data required for segmentation and personalization.
• Prepare lead lists for cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM campaigns.
• Research relevant business signals such as hiring activity, company growth, funding, technologies, and other triggers.
• Maintain clean and structured lead data in HubSpot.
• Work closely with the marketing and outbound teams to improve targeting and data quality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platform.
• Experience using different email finders, email verification tools, and lead research platforms.
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good online research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately follow targeting criteria.

Strong Advantage

• Previous experience in an IT outsourcing, software development, staff augmentation, or IT services company.
• Experience preparing data for cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Understanding of B2B ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound targeting.
