    Who We’re Looking For

    We are looking for a proactive and passionate professional with enough experience to take on multiple outstaff projects while maintaining a fresh and dynamic approach. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling new challenges, and is eager to grow alongside our team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    — Building and maintaining long-term, fruitful and reliable partnerships with clients, utilizing excellent communication skills to achieve win-win relationships

    — Foster and implement account management practices across company (e.g: share recommendations with internal team)

    — Retain talent (nurture developers loyalty, wellbeing and performance to ensure high-quality delivery)

    — Analyze, evaluate and understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic proposals

    — Upselling new services

    — Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service

    — Utilizing productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant platforms to manage client relationships, track progress, and enhance workflow efficiency.

     

    Required skills:

    — 2+ years of account management

    — Practical experience in IT field is required

    — Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, SaaS-based products

    — Client-focused solutions experience

    — Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures

    — Communication, analytical, and presentation skills

    — Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations

    — Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management

    • As a software engineer, you will work on bleeding-edge products that aid the workflow of our consultants and clients alike.
    • We run on the latest version of Rails, and make heavy use of Hotwire as well as third-party API integrations.
    • As part of a small team, you will also have the opportunity to shape both our tech stack and the products we build with it. This means not only writing code but also pitching ideas for features, improvements and technologies that can help take our product offerings to the next level.

     

    Requirements
