Responsibilities:

— Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with clients by communicating effectively to achieve win-win relationships, gathering feedback, addressing their needs, and identifying growth opportunities

— Ensure seamless project coordination by managing small-scale outstaffing projects, delivering milestones on time, and adhering to project goals

— Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary

— Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial viability

— Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, implementing contingency plans when needed

— Address complex problems as they arise, making informed decisions to guide projects toward successful completion

— Identify opportunities for project growth, promote Sloboda’s additional services, propose additional resources, and initiate upselling and cross-selling opportunities

— Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service

Required skills:

— 1-2 years of experience in project management or account management

— Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies

— Client-focused mindset with the ability to interpret client needs and propose effective solutions

— Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management

— Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures

— Communication, analytical, and presentation skills

— Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations

We are looking for a highly skilled PHP Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. You will be working on a dynamic project focused on WordPress hosting and API development. This is a great opportunity for developers who are passionate about working with cutting-edge technology, particularly in the event-driven development space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain APIs for our WordPress hosting project.
• Work with frameworks such as Laravel to build scalable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Handle events using tools like Streamevents (or similar event-based systems).
• Write unit and feature tests to ensure robust, high-quality code.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency with Laravel framework.
• Strong experience in API development.
• Knowledge of event-driven development (experience with Streamevents is a plus).
• Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit and feature testing).

• Solid understanding of WordPress and hosting environments.

Job Description

You will be joining one of our key Partnerships tribe where we develop products and offer content to our partners such as Uber outside of our B2C product, i.e. through tailor-made Search and Booking APIs, Discovery API and other sub-products.

You will help us build a cloud platform that abstracts away the complexity and fragmentation of the data and APIs of the world of personal transportation and turns it into a structured, performant and reliable system for our client application teams to use. We work with all major train, bus and ferry operators in Europe (and beyond) and strive to create a travel product that none of them can build in isolation.

• Take care of existing services and create new ones 
• Design, build and improve scalable systems that connect to many services & data sources inside and outside
• Work with your team to rapidly test ideas, use results for iterations and improve our product
• Operate and maintain critical core systems, owning reliability, performance, and availability
