User Acquisition Manager Offline
We are Boosta — an international IT company with a portfolio of successful products, performance marketing projects, and our investment fund, Burner. Boosta was founded in 2014, and since then, the number of Boosters has grown to 600+.
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for Eated. It is a mobile app designed to help users build healthy eating habits without counting calories or following strict restrictions. We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.
Our main goal is to make healthy eating easy, accessible, and natural.
To put it simply — Eated is your food coach in your pocket.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (with the possibility of expanding to other channels).
- Manage budgets — you’ll be responsible for their effectiveness and allocation.
- Continuously test A/B — finding the most effective combinations of creatives, funnels, and audiences.
- Analyze competitors and the market — monitor their funnels and ad strategies.
- Work with analytics tools — AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team — developing content strategies for ad campaigns.
- Explore new user acquisition channels and test their performance.
- Adapt campaigns for the U.S. market — understand how advertising works for American audiences.
- Move fast, analyze, and optimize — we care about results, not the process for process’s sake.
Work with varying budget ranges, from $10k to $1 million per month.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
- Experience working with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
- Strong understanding of key metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS, Retention, etc.).
- Skills in campaign optimization—understanding how to test, adjust audiences, budgets, and creatives to improve results.
- Experience with analytics tools (AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Amplitude, GA4, etc.), including building them from scratch.
- Product mindset — understanding UX, behavioral triggers, and how to improve user experience.
- English proficiency B2+ — reading analytical reports, competitive reviews, and trends.
Independence and proactiveness — you won’t be told what to test; we expect you to come up with ideas and suggestions on your own.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in mobile apps or subscription-based products.
- Experience with Google Ads, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, or other channels.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for independent data analysis.
- Experience in scaling UA budgets from scratch to substantial figures ($100,000+).
Experience working with AI tools for analytics or personalization.
