• Develop & scale our Amazon affiliate acquisition strategy.
• Negotiate & optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Manage & optimize key metrics (conversion rates, CPA, ROI).
• Align affiliate strategies with business goals & market trends.
• Stay ahead of Amazon affiliate trends & industry innovations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships.
• Proven success in building & scaling high-impact affiliate programs.
• B2+ English—confident in negotiations & communication.
• Data-driven mindset—strong analytical & optimization skills.
• Proactive & goal-oriented—you take ownership and get results.

Nice to Have

✨ Experience in Pay Per Call & Leadgen.
✨ Knowledge of Amazon affiliates, publishers & media buying.
