What You'll Own & Execute:
1. LinkedIn & Google Ads (Primary Channels)
- Design, launch, and optimise high-converting LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) targeting enterprise telecom buyers, IT managers, and network decision-makers. We need ads that actually convert (not just "drive awareness").
- Implement geo-targeted campaigns for 10G, 5G, 2.5G fibre internet and dark fibre, IP Transit, SD-WAN, cloud and voice services.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve lead quality and cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Show us how you can optimise the CPA.
2. Outbound Email Lead Generation (Critical Focus)
- Develop and execute scalable cold email campaigns (using tools like HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft) to engage prospects and book meetings for sales.
- Craft personalised, value-driven email sequences tailored to telecom pain points (e.g., cost reduction, network reliability, scalability).
- Launch cold email campaigns that get replies (not just sent) - show us your 40%+ open rate examples.
3. Retargeting & Conversion Optimisation
- Build cross-channel retargeting campaigns (Google Display, LinkedIn, Meta) to re-engage website visitors and lost leads.
- Use dynamic ad content (e.g., case studies, promo offers) to move prospects through the funnel.
- Optimise landing pages and lead forms for higher conversions.
4. Design & Creative Support (Basic Proficiency Required)
- Create visually engaging social media graphics, ad banners, and email templates using Canva (or similar tools).
- Collaborate with designers for high-end assets while handling quick-turnaround edits in-house.
5. Analytics & Growth Mindset
- Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, MQLs, pipeline influence) and report on ROI weekly.
- Leverage CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation to streamline lead handoff.
- Stay ahead of telecom marketing trends.
6. Execution Mindset (Non-Negotiables)
- You'll wear multiple hats daily (strategist, copywriter, analyst).
- You troubleshoot tracking issues before we notice them.
- Your reports highlight insights, not just data - tell us what to double down on.
- When campaigns underperform, you present solutions (not just problems).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in performance marketing with expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound email (B2B telecom/IT preferred).
- Proven success running cold email campaigns (show examples of reply rates/meetings booked).
- Experience with retargeting audiences and lookalike modelling (LinkedIn/Google).
- Familiarity with telecom/ISP solutions (e.g., 10G, 5G, 2.5G Fibre Internet and dark fibre products, Data Centre DIA, IP Transit, Wavelength, IaaS).
- Basic design skills: Ability to create/edit visuals in Canva (or Adobe Express). Knowledge of Figma/Photoshop is a plus.
- Tools: Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), A/B testing tools.
