SMM Specialist
We are Boosta β an international IT company with a portfolio of successful products, performance marketing projects, and our investment fund, Burner. Boosta was founded in 2014, and since then, the number of Boosters has grown to 600+.
We are looking for a SMM Specialist for Eated. It is a mobile app designed to help users build healthy eating habits without counting calories or following strict restrictions. We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.
Our main goal is to make healthy eating easy, accessible, and natural.
To put it simply β Eated is your food coach in your pocket.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Creating content for Instagram and TikTok β videos, carousels, memes, trending formats, and educational content about health.
- Growing followers and engagement β through content, interactive activities, and community management.
- Finding and testing new content themes β understanding what resonates with the audience and scaling the best-performing ideas alongside the Creative Marketing Manager.
- Analyzing competitors β identifying what works for similar brands and which formats drive explosive growth.
- Collaborating closely with the team β aligning content with paid marketing campaigns.
- Moving fast, analyzing, and optimizing β we focus on results, not just process.
What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in SMM or content marketing.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok β their algorithms, trends, and content formats.
- Basic content production skills β video creation and editing (CapCut, VN, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of what works in the U.S. market and the ability to research and adapt to trends.
- English proficiency (B2+) β strong enough to create content.
- Ability to quickly generate and test ideas to find what resonates.
- Independence and proactiveness β we donβt hand out tasks, we expect you to find growth opportunities yourself.
- Experience with SMM analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with UGC creators (directly or via platforms) or influencers.
- Background in the health & fitness apps niche.
- Experience creating viral content and growth hacking.
