SMM Manager

We need a creative and proactive SMM Manager to manage our IT company’s social media, create engaging content, and develop innovative ideas to attract and grow our audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a content plan for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and possibly TikTok
• Write engaging posts about our projects, services, and the IT industry
• Generate creative ideas for content and advertising campaigns
• Work with a designer or create simple graphics yourself (Figma or Photoshop)
• Publish and moderate social media content
• Track trends and adapt content to stay relevant
• Analyze post performance and adjust strategies accordingly

What We Expect:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and clear texts
• Understanding of social media promotion principles
• Initiative and a creative mindset
