Business Development- Affiliate Manager
Our Partner, Dynamic and rapidly growing gambling company seeking an ambitious Business Development Affiliate Manager to help scale our affiliate program and generate significant revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a passion for the iGaming industry, and a drive to forge new business opportunities.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our affiliate network and drive revenue through new partnerships. You will work closely with affiliates, optimize deals, and ensure long-term growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Acquisition & Management:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliates and partners to expand our network.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliates.
- Negotiate affiliate deals to secure the most competitive terms and best deals for the company.
- Revenue Generation:
- Work closely with affiliates to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Ensure affiliate campaigns are aligned with company goals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze affiliate performance using tools such as Keitaro to identify trends, optimize EPC (Earnings Per Click), and improve affiliate marketing results.
- Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence across multiple markets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Performance Reporting:
- Regularly report on affiliate performance and revenue generation.
- Use data to inform strategy and ensure affiliate relationships are performing at the highest level.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or a similar commercial role within the gambling or iGaming industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum revenue.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Keitaro, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the gambling industry and a keen understanding of its trends and challenges.
